In 2012, in a train leading to Zürich, I was impressed by the man sitting in front of me. I reminded me of Harald Szeemann who I met some years before when he was preparing La Belgique Visionnaire in Palais des Beaux-Arts (Brussels).
When we talked, during the preparation of this exhibition, I was impressed by this unique mixture of sincerity, charisma and pragmatic creativity. We were talking about my work Lieux Communs - Gemeenplaasten. My work wasn't finally showed. Worse however was
of course losing a curator of this quality, a person who dared so much for decades.
So this video is a kind of tribute and its title is referring to one of the major art exhibition of twentieth century, Lebe in deinem Kopf (Live in your head: when attitudes become form, presented in Kunsthalle Bern, 1969).
It was also for me the perfect excuse to train a bit and speak some words of Schwizerdütsch. This was for me already an achievement in itself!
